What happens when I reach my plan limits?

You'll still be able to manage existing discounts, but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade your plan.

What happens if I downgrade and have more discounts than my new plan allows?

If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, the oldest discount configurations will be automatically removed to fit within your new plan's limits. You'll see a confirmation modal before this happens, and you can always upgrade later to restore full functionality.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged for what you use.

Will BulkPerk slow down my store?

No! BulkPerk is built on Shopify Functions, which means discounts are processed natively by Shopify's infrastructure. This ensures optimal performance with no impact on your store's loading speed.

Do I need to edit my theme to use BulkPerk?

Not at all! BulkPerk works out of the box without any theme modifications. All discount functionality is handled through Shopify Functions, ensuring a clean installation and uninstallation process.
