The Challenge

MantaSleep had grown faster than its theme could keep up with. Product pages were inconsistent, content updates required developer time, and the path to international markets needed a stack that wouldn't break under three more storefronts.

What we did

01Rebuilt the entire theme on Shopify 2.0 with a unified PDP template that pulls from metafields — every product page stays consistent, and content updates are now non-engineering work.
02Added customisation logic on PDPs (colours, sizes, materials), an enhanced gallery with zoom and pan, and a sticky add-to-cart that lifts mobile conversion.
03Implemented automatic discount calculation in the cart with clear savings visualisation, plus collection-page filtering for product discovery.
04Extended the architecture to three new international markets with localisation, multi-currency, and region-specific shipping / tax.
